Rise Ability Services was built on a belief bigger than employment. Yes — we believe no one is unemployable. We believe every adult with a disability can work and be productive in their community. But we also believe that if work is not the right path for someone, they still deserve a full, fun, and meaningful life. A calendar packed with activities they enjoy. Real friendships. Real community. Real belonging.

Unleashed
Our 12-week workplace skills training program. Resume building, interview prep, workplace etiquette, and job-specific skills — everything a participant needs to walk into a job ready.

In Your Corner
One-on-one job coaching in the community and at the worksite. A dedicated coach who shows up with your participant, advocates for them, and never lets them face it alone.

Recharge
Scheduled respite care for caregivers. Because you cannot pour from an empty cup. Weekday, evening, and Saturday sessions available so families can breathe.

Structured adult day programming Monday through Friday. A real schedule, a real community, and a real place that belongs to your person every single day.

Job placement connecting Rise graduates with West Valley employers. We find the door. They walk through it. Employers get pre-trained, motivated, reliable workers.
